MESSAGE:
While looking for something else, I found this entry in the National Museums Liverpool Blog showing
the return of
Echo and Narcissus to the Walker Art Gallery (29 October 09) after being lent to the Royal Academy as part of the Waterhouse exhibition.

Thanks for that Cathy. I hadn't realised that it wasn't going to be in the Montreal exhibition (I visited the Walker last on the 27th October and, as the painting wasn't there, I presumed that it was in Canada). I shall certainly pop in and see Echo when next I'm near the gallery. It's a bit like going to see an old friend whose house you pass and you just feel like you have to say hello - it'd be rude not to :)
